The apps below are for both initial registration and registration renewal. If you have taken the NASWGA Exam and have a registration number, just complete the initial application.  Your registration fee was
included in the course and exam package. You will have to pay the fee for renewals, however.
NOTE:  All supervisors must complete the "Certified Clinical Supervisor Registry Application." The link for the application is located at the home page horizontal menu "Professional Development", "Certified Clinical Supervisor Registry" on the bottom of the page.

If you start to pay your fees and then leave and go back to this page, there
will be items left in your cart.  Delete the items you do not want on the
cart page.
